Alex’s extensive background of over 25 years’ hospitality experience has taken him through nearly every position in the industry, from Corporate Bar Trainer (UK & Internationally), General Manager, Openings Manager (UK & Internationally), Operations Director, Owner/Operator and Managing Director.
He has worked across a variety of concepts including global chains, national brands, neighbourhood
restaurants and hip eateries in the hospitality sector – from the hey-day of Planet Hollywood to working
with some of the industry’s most prestigious operators and to owning and operating his own establishment.
A dynamic, motivated and committed operator, Alex will bring multiple positive impacts and growth for your business, its people and its commercial performance through developing a strategic leadership program teamed with precise standards, structure and operational excellence.
SUE GRAHAM
Training & Development Consultant
Sue’s background covers more than 20 years’ experience ranging from General Manager, Area Manager, New Site Openings Manager (UK & Internationally), Head of Franchise and Brand (UK & Internationally) and Training & Development Manager.
Sharing her knowledge and extensive experience with some of the hospitality sectors most innovative and admired brands earning a reputation for detail, standards and quality in all aspects of service, food, beverage and environment alongside providing training, learning and development to teams in hospitality at every level.
Sue has consulted and assisted hospitality brands and venues with operational, training and development support and resource – from pop-ups to established brands and will bring a wealth of experience to help build your business and team expertise.
